Cementing their commitment to the construction industry in the greater Atlanta and North Georgia regions, Dan and Donna Lichty launched and incorporated Lichty Commercial Construction in 2002. With construction experience dating back to 1973, the Lichtys built their business on a solid foundation of expertise.
For nearly 15 years, LCCI has offered superior, cost-effective commercial construction services, including general contractor, design/build, equipment installation, construction management, preconstruction and additional services.

Together, Dan and Donna have over 40 years of construction experience in project management, estimating, and designing.
Jeff Hackney Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Jeff oversees all LCCI projects through the various stages, from the free bid/estimation, planning and execution phases to project completion. With nearly 20 years of experience in construction, Jeff has developed industry-wide expertise in estimating, project management, acquisitions and company growth.
He joined the LCCI team as a project manager in 2004. During his time with LCCI, he has estimated and managed projects of all sizes, ranging from $5,000 to $8 million. Jeff graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a master's degree in civil engineering and management.
