2. Reviewing and coordinating bid packages
3. Self-performing portions of the work
4. Writing the contracts for the client
5. Managing procurement of materials and supplies
6. Coordinating work of all trade contractors
7. Assuring conformance to design requirements
8. Providing ongoing project costs and progress information
